Frequently asked questions

Ordering

An order is not final until you have completed all the steps in the ordering process and have received an order confirmation from us in your mailbox. You should receive this in your mailbox within 15 minutes. Also check your spam folder.

Always carefully check the product information, quantities, prices and shipping options before placing your order.

In the shopping cart, you can enter a discount code in the discount code box. This will then be settled immediately and you will see if your discount code has been applied. Please contact us if you have any problems with your voucher code.

You can order from the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, France. We ship from Belgium.

Normally you should receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. If this is not the case, always check your spam folder first. If you did not receive an e-mail, please contact us at info@linvie.be.

Payment

At checkout you will see which payment methods we accept. We accept many payment methods, namely bancontact, Belfius Direct Net, KBC payment button and credit and debit cards (visa, mastercard and american express). Payment by bank transfer is not possible. All orders must first be transferred.

Delivery

We deliver your parcel to your home. We choose the shipping partner. Deliveries are free from €100.00. If there are shipping costs, these will be communicated in the payment process.

Collections in the concept store are completely free of charge.

When ordering, you can enter in the ‘delivery address’ where you want your order to be delivered.

As soon as we have packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track&trace link. You can use this link to track your order.

As soon as all steps have been completed and the payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. Orders placed before 12 noon and once payment has been received will be dispatched the same day.

Orders picked up in the concept store are free of charge.

Home deliveries, deliveries to parcel machines or to pick-up points are free from 100.00 euros. For orders under 100.00 euro, you pay 7.00 euro shipping costs within Belgium. For the Netherlands and France, shipping costs are 14.00 euros.

Returns

Items you bought online can always be returned within 14 days of receipt. Provided the items are still in original condition (with hashtags), have not been worn, have not been washed, have not been retouched and are complete. Items with make-up stains or perfume odour will not be taken back. Items that are custom-made cannot be returned.

Please fill in the return form if you wish to return items and mail this form to info@linvie.be. The return form can be found on the website www.linvie.be. This way we can easily link the products to your return.

Bring in the products. This is completely free of charge.

– Via a postal parcel:

The parcel can be returned via Bpost or a courier company of your choice to

The cost depends on the chosen courier company and the country from where you are returning the parcel. Please send the products without unnecessary delay in the same way you received them. Returns should be fully stamped.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return.

We will refund the amount of the products after receiving them. We will make the refund within a reasonable time after receiving the products. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. Payments made with vouchers will not be refunded, but you will receive a new voucher in its place.
